Assessments
Before developing your exercise program, I conduct a comprehensive postural and movement assessment. While I am capable of offering you effective wellness tools for your life strictly through online sessions, nothing beats an in-person experience, particularly with regards to the initial assessment. This can be scheduled in San Francisco.
Using state of the art technology by Fit3D, a body scan, posture analysis, and other measurements are taken. Your exercise program is then based on your health, physical capabilities, expectations, and goals. Typically, it includes cardiovascular and endurance training, core and muscular strengthening, and exercises to increase flexibility.
If working with me strictly online, a modified assessment will be conducted.
